IMPROVING THE CAMPUS CLIMATE INITIATIVE
Through a suite of offerings, the Improving the Campus Climate Initiative (ICCI) provides professional development and ongoing support to administrators as they work to counter antisemitism and protect expressions of Jewish identity in American higher education.
ICCI is an established and respected program that has gained recognition and credibility among university and college administrators across the country. ICCI offerings are flexible and tailored to meet the specific needs of administrators and their institutions.

SIGNATURE SEMINAR SERIES
The Signature Seminar Series is a yearlong professional development program designed to
engage administrators in intensive learning about the Jewish experience, antisemitism, and Israel, and to help them develop strategies to support Jewish inclusion on campus. Sessions take place monthly over Zoom and include presentations from AEN faculty experts and organizational partners, and small group discussion of case studies to apply learnings to the campus context.
Two in-person immersive educational experiences also take place in Washington, DC and Israel which provide an opportunity for participants to strengthen relationships with AEN and with one another, and to deepen their learning.
